Meguiars as you know it today stemmed from very humble beginnings with an egg beater and a tin bath in the garage of Frank Meguiar Jr.  This is where he created his first bottle of furniture polish in 1901. Noticing the similarities between furniture and the woodwork on cars, the transition into automotive began.

To this day, Mequiars continue to innovate and bring new, technologically advanced products to the market.
